Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a globally oriented leader to serve as Chief Information Officer / Senior VP of IT / Head of IT. The role drives IT digital transformation across the group, oversees a sizeable IT team, and shapes the IT strategy and roadmap.

You will manage senior stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and champion innovative technologies to deliver scalable web-based applications and ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• ≥10 years managerial experience leading a sizeable IT team (≥30 staff).
• ≥8 years in Head of IT/Technology roles.
• Proven software development track record with the .NET stack.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership for internal IT (Software Development, Enterprise Applications/ERP, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure) teams.
• Lead the engineering of web-based applications.
• Manage IT demands from senior business stakeholders and align expectations with IT solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive digitalization initiatives.
• Define IT strategic planning and roadmap for IT digitalization programs.

Our Client is a fast growing multi million MNC. With plan for investment in IT, they are now looking for a new CIO | Senior VP of IT | Head of IT, to manage the IT team and lead their IT Digital transformation within the group.

About the job

Your responsibility involves:

• Providing thought leadership for the internal IT ( Software Development , Enterprise Application /ERP , Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure) team
• Lead the engineering of web-based application
• Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize demands to drive IT digitalization initiatives, exploiting new and emerging technologies technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation
• Providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of Managerial experience of a sizeable team (at least 30 headcounts) with at least 8 years of experience as an overall Head of IT/Technology. Proven track record in software development / .net is required for this role.

Experience in SAP will be of added advantage.
