Lidl & Kaufland Asia seeks a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to align regional messaging and elevate executive leadership. This role crafts high-impact narratives for C-suite leaders, guides enterprise-wide change communications, and builds external visibility to strengthen brand reputation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in corporate communications within a multinational setting, with a track record in ghostwriting and executive storytelling, and strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, marketing communications or corporate affairs, preferably within a multinational corporate regional headquarters.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, International Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• C-Suite ghostwriting and executive presence with a proven track record of ghostwriting keynotes, speeches, op-eds, memos, and talking points.
• Internal communications and event design experience, driving change messaging for major transformations.
• Matrix organization navigation with strong stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Executive Narrative Strategy: Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies for C-suite and senior executives.
• Content & Messaging: Draft executive keynotes, all-hands addresses, strategic memos, external op-eds, and media talking points that articulate corporate vision and business priorities.
• Cross-Functional & Strategic Alignment: Design cross-functional communication frameworks and lead enterprise-wide communication strategies for major initiatives and transformations.
• External Engagement & Executive Profiling: Establish external profiling programs for senior executives and identify external platforms for visibility and thought leadership.
