Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related.
• Experience with chemical supply chains, industrial logistics or regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Experience coordinating overseas suppliers, import shipments and freight forwarders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source chemical raw materials, packaging and related services from local and overseas suppliers.
• Conduct pricing analysis and compare supplier quotations for competitive pricing.
• Evaluate total landed costs including freight, duties, and local transport.
• Prepare and maintain pricing analysis reports with Excel, pivot tables and charts.
• Negotiate pricing, volume discounts and payment terms with management approvals.
• Prepare purchase orders and verify specifications, quantities and delivery details.
• Coordinate overseas shipment schedules and liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders.
• Plan purchases based on stock levels and customer demand to prevent stockouts.
• Track shipments, update teams on delays, and coordinate with sales and logistics.
• Maintain supplier records, purchasing prices and order histories.
