Job summary

QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across products and regional markets.

The role requires developing briefs, timelines, messaging, and channel plans while coordinating with regional teams for local adaptation. You will deliver campaigns via email, social, paid advertising, partnerships, and owned channels, and design promotional programmes to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in campaign management or related field.
• Experience marketing consumer products or services in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Experience designing and managing rewards, referral programmes, or promotional offers.
• Strong analytical skills with campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering against measurable business targets.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration, with ownership of campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across products and international markets.
• Develop campaign briefs, timelines, messaging, and channel plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local audiences.
• Deliver campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, partnerships, and owned channels.
• Design promotional programmes, including rewards, referrals, limited-time offers, and seasonal promotions, to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor spending, and evaluate return on investment.
• Track campaign performance, conduct post-campaign analysis, and use testing and customer insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Creative, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and clear reporting.
