Job summary

CarTimes Automobile Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support the planning, execution and reporting of retail campaigns across HQ branches and franchise partners. You will ensure campaigns launch smoothly, data is tracked accurately, and processes are followed.

You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to keep campaigns compliant and on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with data using basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign plans into execution checklists.
• Prepare briefs for creative and performance teams.
• Coordinate asset delivery and deadlines.
• Ensure landing pages, forms, and tracking links are set up before launch.
• Monitor campaign go-live status.
• Maintain content calendar and publish posts on official channels.
• Track branch-level lead volume, CPL, appointments, and sales.
• Log independent franchise marketing campaigns and ROAS.
• Flag anomalies and ensure governance.
