Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited seeks a seasoned Trade Product leader for Bonds & Guarantees. You will own the P&L, drive digitisation, and coordinate cross-border initiatives across TB Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities include articulating the product strategy, ensuring timely renewal of PPGs, and leading the digitisation roadmap with internal and external channels. The role demands 15+ years in trade products, strong leadership, and hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years experience in Trade Product/Sales/Guarantees management with client exposure.
• 5+ years’ experience in Documentary Trade.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bonds & Guarantees product strategy and execution.
• Lead digitisation of Bonds & Guarantees via S2BNG and external channels.
• Articulate product KPI's, monitor performance, and optimise end-to-end processes.
• Coordinate commercialisation plans, deals, and cross-border initiatives.
• Advise on risk, governance, and regulatory compliance for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with TB Sales, Operations, Credit, Legal and Compliance.
