CEVA ASIA PACIFIC HOLDINGS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Data Manager who defines strategy, tools and processes for our BI offering.

The role sits between business and IT to ensure data visibility in line with the global data strategy and the ongoing IT data model harmonization for reporting and dashboards. You will lead BI and CBS teams, collaborate with BD, IT and Process Excellence to deliver a robust data sharing capability and value-added services, requiring deep data lineage

Qualificações

• 10 years in BI and Digitalization.
• Expertise in International and multimodal transportation, international business and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the business (BI and CBS) and IT teams around the project from conception, procurement and specifications to onboarding and documentation.
• Build the Customer Data strategy and governance with the key stakeholders (BD, IT, ONETMS, DDI, D&D, Process Excellence teams, ...)
• Build a data offer with the BD, generating new value added services
• Define the data sharing capabilities with MyCEVA and IT teams
• Be involved in the various data domain initiatives (A&O, CSR, OneCockpit, G&R, Customs,...) to streamline collective efforts
