Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Senior Executive for the Data Excellence team to translate business needs into scalable data solutions and dashboards. You will partner with stakeholders to shape data models, governance, and the BI ecosystem, strengthening analytics capabilities across the organisation.

You will collaborate with business, analytics, and data engineering teams to deliver trusted insights that inform commercial and operational decisions, with a focus on data quality and user-friendly

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on DBT experience.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI, Domo or Tableau.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High standard of ownership, attention to data quality and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate across business, analytics and data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business and data teams, understanding processes and decision needs.
• Translate requirements into semantic data models, dashboards, and self-service data products.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex data concepts clearly.
• Develop, test, document, and maintain SQL data models using DBT to support reporting and analytics.
• Design and manage dashboards and reports in Power BI, Domo, or Tableau.
• Contribute to data governance by defining metrics, definitions, and quality standards.
