Job summary

Coca-Cola HBC is seeking a transformational Senior Director, Global & ASP TEA, to lead a global and regional product development portfolio. Based in Singapore, you will shape strategy, develop high-performing teams, and deliver a 3–5 year pipeline with cross-functional alignment across Global Marketing and RTE.

You will drive technical rigor, regulatory readiness, and scalable solutions while enabling growth across the ASP region and global units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
• 15+ years delivering successful product innovation in FMCG/beverage/food, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record of turning insights into market-leading products.
• Strategic thinker with strong cross-cultural leadership, stakeholder influence, and commercial acumen.
• Ability to set up strategy and translate it into clear team priorities and executable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop product innovation strategies to deliver 3–5 year pipeline for Global Tea category.
• Lead global and ASP teams to translate concepts into commercially viable products.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RTE to build a robust 3–5 year innovation pipeline.
• Drive Stage Gate processes and ensure regulatory and manufacturing readiness.
