Job summary

Maison 21G seeks a B2B Intern to support its global B2B operations across China, the Middle East, Singapore, and other markets. You will coordinate between regional sales managers, clients, and the operations and marketing teams at headquarters, bringing strong communication and an eye for detail to the role.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and manage B2B inquiries across regions with tracking and proper delegation.
• Assist quotations, order confirmations, and coordinate production and delivery with operations.
• Prepare regional B2B performance reports, sales trackers, and pipeline summaries for management.
• Support in preparing customized proposals, presentations, and client decks for corporate gifting, events, and scent workshops.
• Ensure client information, contracts, and projects are recorded in the CRM system.
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, workshops, and events, including sample dispatches and inventory tracking.
• Work with marketing to adapt B2B materials for each market (catalogues, visuals, brochures).
• Assist in business reviews, presentations, and pipeline analyses for global B2B meetings.
• Manage B2B contact databases updating client and lead information.
