Job summary

Audax Visuals Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural/Interior Design Project Coordinator to manage design development and coordination across Singapore and China teams. You will liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the project meets requirements from concept through installation.

The role requires strong reading of architectural drawings, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Experience in architectural design, interior design, project coordination, construction, technical coordination, or system integration.
• Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, or construction teams.
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings, CAD drawings, SketchUp models, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, CAD, or other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects from client requirements to completion.
• Coordinate with Singapore clients, internal teams, and China-based design and technical teams.
• Coordinate design development, technical drawings, and system integration with China team.
• Review architectural drawings, CAD drawings, and technical submissions.
• Work with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site surveys and monitor progress to align with designs and specs.
• Provide coordination and technical support throughout design, production, installation, and handover.
• Ensure design intent and client requirements are communicated between Singapore and China teams.
