Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites applications for a Senior Technical Manager (API & External Manufacturing) based in Mapletree Business City with hybrid arrangements. Salary up to SGD 10,000/month; 2-year contract with a 1.5-month completion bonus; regional travel 10–20% (China, India, Australia).

• Lead API technical activities across Pfizer's global external manufacturing network.
• Drive API source changes, tech transfers, and CMO qualification.
• Lead investigations involving API manufacturing, process, analytics and product quality.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for project success.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing documentation, reports, and data to support excellence.
• Drive Cost Improvement Projects and process optimisation.
• Support change management, API specifications and risk assessments.
• Evaluate supplier performance and collaborate with external partners.
