Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong knowledge of API manufacturing and tech transfer.
• Experience with pharmaceutical processes and change management is required.
• Knowledge of quality systems, regulatory requirements and change control is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical activities across cross-functional teams to support external API supply operations and CMOs.
• Manage API source change activities, supplier qualification projects, and technical transfer initiatives with plans and milestones.
• Lead investigations into complex quality, manufacturing, and compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
• Review technical docs, data, specs, and reports to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive cost improvement efforts and provide technical expertise to boost product quality and supplier capability.
• Evaluate process robustness, perform risk assessments, and support validation and change management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support transfers and project progress while communicating risks.
• Assess supplier performance and provide technical feedback for continuous improvement.
