Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Singapore is seeking a CS AOS Program Manager to lead ownership service programs for global operators. You will drive maintenance planning, contract compliance and financial performance while coordinating with operators, service centers and internal teams.

This role requires aviation operations experience, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication across cultures and time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting or engineering.
5 years in aviation customer support or related field including 3 years program management.
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Interface with customer representatives and manage contract obligations.
Handle complex AOS accounts with customized contracts and fleet agreements.
Coordinate with global product support, finance, and operations teams to support services.
Monitor progress, deliverables, and documentation using Salesforce, PowerBi and Corridor.
Oversee onboarding, amendments, renewals and offboarding of programs.
Assist in customer events and programs such as training and advisory boards.
Manage aircraft service visits from pre-planning to invoice reviews.
