Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Singapore seeks an experienced Aircraft Ownership Service (AOS) Program Manager to advocate for operators, coordinate maintenance planning, and ensure contract compliance and financial performance.

The role requires interfacing with operators, service centers, and executives, handling multi-million-dollar service agreements, and working with international clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• 5 years experience in an aviation customer support or related aviation environment including 3 years program management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customer and/or customer representatives, including travel, to administer contract obligations as single point of contact.
• Manage complex AOS accounts with highly customized contracts and fleet agreements.
• Coordinate with global product support, quality, and finance to enable service utilization.
• Monitor progress reports, contract deliverables, and account balances using systems such as Salesforce, PowerBi, Corridor, CMP.
• Assist with program onboarding, amendments, renewals, and offboarding.
• Act as SME to support customer events like advisory boards, training, and forums.
• Oversee aircraft service visits, including pre-planning, work orders, part allocation, and invoice reviews.
