Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks a Global Change Management Lead for Wealth Operations to drive AI-driven transformation. The role oversees strategic AI platform implementations and a redesigned global operating model, coordinating AI/ML, risk, and business teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Based in Singapore, the leader will navigate multi-jurisdictional regulations, establish governance, and drive change with senior stakeholders while mentoring regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 10–15 years in financial services change management or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale AI/GenAI programmes in a regulated global finance environment.
• Experience at C15 Director level with cross-jurisdiction teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global AI Platform Implementations: end-to-end deployment strategy and change management.
• Redesign operating model to AI-first across wealth operations.
• Coordinate AI/ML, data science, product management, risk, and operations teams globally.
• Drive agile delivery cycles and ensure on-time milestones for board-level AI initiatives.
• Governance, risk, and regulatory navigation for AI deployment across jurisdictions.
• Audit readiness and global stakeholder management for wealth operations AI transformation.
