Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10–15 years leadership experience in financial services change/digital transformation.
Proven track record leading AI/GenAI programs in regulated environments.
C15 Director level experience with cross-functional, multi-jurisdictional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic global AI platform implementations including deployment strategy and change management.
Redesign operating model to AI-first workflows, integrating GenAI and analytics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI/ML, data science, product management, risk and operations.
Drive agile delivery cycles and ensure on-time achievement of AI milestones.
Own governance engagement for AI deployments across jurisdictions and frameworks.
Establish global AI governance frameworks, risk management, and ethical standards.
Represent Wealth Operations in enterprise AI governance forums and steering groups.
Mentor and develop Singapore-based talent; drive AI capability-building initiatives.
