Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership | Asia is seeking a Global Technical Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, translating requirements into actionable specs and AI-enhanced solutions for global operations.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, AI engineers and product owners to ensure business needs are captured and AI opportunities integrated from initiation to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in technical systems analysis or business analysis.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents).
• Understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies; able to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary global teams and communicate effectively.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello and Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and data privacy/regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in mobility/transportation or logistics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product and technical teams to gather and reconcile requirements into unified functional specs and AI-specific needs.
• Analyse system workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities for end-to-end delivery.
• Coordinate cross-team alignment to ensure smooth development, integration and rollout across global environments.
• Define model inputs/outputs with AI engineers, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Maintain traceability through SDLC and release notes for transparency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and propose process improvements.
