Job summary

Vidaa is seeking a skilled AI product operations professional to lead overseas user insight research and strategy, and to own core C-end AI experience operations including AI Homepage and scenario intelligence. The role focuses on multilingual quality governance, corpus workflows, and ongoing collaboration with algorithm and product teams to enhance multilingual recognition and scenario adaptation.

You will drive data-driven iterations, monitor user behavior, and coordinate cross-border research

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in AI product operations or related roles.
• Familiarity with overseas internet ecosystem and cultural differences.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals and scenario-based intelligence.
• Strong data analysis and experimentation skills.
• Professional English reading and writing for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Research overseas user AI interaction habits and market needs across key regions.
• Own experience operations for AI homepage and scenario intelligence.
• Manage multilingual quality and corpus workflow for overseas corpora and evaluations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven product iterations to improve adoption and retention.
