Job summary

Circles.Life in Singapore is seeking a Lead of Xplore to own the vision, strategy and delivery of Circles’ next-generation AI-powered engagement platform across markets including Singapore, Japan and beyond.

You will lead a cross-functional team across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, GTM and Operations, drive multi-market launches, manage key client relationships, and build scalable processes to turn Xplore into a revenue-generating unit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end digital product organisations or businesses in telco, AI, fintech, or platform ecosystems.
• Strong product, engineering, and data fluency; guide technical teams and architecture decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management across C-level and cross-cultural teams.
• Proven ability to deliver in high-pressure, multi-market environments.
• Track record of building and scaling products from 0 → 1 → N.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and strategic direction of Xplore as a global AI-powered engagement platform.
• Drive roadmap for multi-country expansion with data-driven prioritisation.
• Develop business models and growth frameworks for Xplore revenue.
• Own Xplore modules: Xplore Engage, Xplore AI, Xplore IQ; manage end-to-end lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality delivery with metrics and experimentation.
• Lead multi-market client and stakeholder management with major accounts like Mobicom.
• Lead and mentor product, engineering, analytics, QA, and design teams.
• Oversee multi-market launches with risk management and timelines.
• Contribute to GTM planning and launch accelerations; maintain cross-functional rhythms.
