AI Rudder is a conversational AI company seeking a PR & Communications Lead to build the global external communications function from the ground up. The role reports to the Head of Go-To-Market and focuses on media relations, thought leadership, analyst engagement, executive profiling, and employer branding across international markets.

• 10 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI Rudder’s global public relations and corporate communications strategy.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent globally.
• Lead thought leadership programs including bylines, executive commentary, and speaking opportunities.
• Lead analyst relations initiatives with Gartner, G2, and other firms.
• Partner with senior leadership to build executive profiles through media interviews and conferences.
• Monitor media coverage and analyst research to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Leadership, and People teams to ensure consistent messaging.
