Job summary

Tencent Cloud is seeking an AI & LLM Solution Architect to accelerate the adoption of Tencent Cloud's enterprise AI platform across APAC. This customer-facing technical role combines solution architecture, customer engineering, and hands-on AI implementation to help enterprises design, build, deploy, and scale production-ready AI applications.

TokenHub provides unified access to Tencent Hy and leading LLMs, and you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, ML, AI platforms, cloud computing, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, model fine-tuning, and cloud-native AI architectures.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI apps on public clouds and operating production AI services.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin proficiency required for collaboration with China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Understand enterprise challenges and design end-to-end AI/LLM solutions leveraging TokenHub and MCP.
• Lead architecture design sessions, POCs, and production deployment planning.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams during implementation and optimization.
• Develop scalable AI architectures and reference implementations for enterprise adoption.
• Support proposals, architecture reviews, and technical due diligence throughout the lifecycle.
