Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Fluent in English; Southeast Asian language a plus.
• Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
• Strong academic performance and genuine interest in corporate finance.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Work on multiple transactions and project teams across client development to execution.
• Develop and maintain standard or bespoke financial models.
• Apply valuation techniques: DCF, comps, and LBO-based valuations.
• Prepare marketing and transaction documents and client presentations.
