Tencent is seeking a data-driven anti-fraud strategist to design and implement end-to-end fraud defenses for overseas ad networks. You will work with data science, engineering and product teams to deploy real-time risk engines and optimize detection through AI/ML insights.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, monitoring evolving fraud trends, and maintaining privacy compliance across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5+ years hands-on experience in anti-fraud strategy, traffic quality, or risk management within mobile ad tech.
• Strong data processing and analysis capabilities with distributed data platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with LLM applications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and iterate end-to-end anti-fraud strategies for overseas AdN across pre-bid, in-flight, and post-event phases.
• Leverage distributed data platforms and LLMs for ad event mining and AI-driven risk identification.
• Define and track anti-fraud KPIs and optimize strategies via A/B testing.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deploy risk engines with low latency.
• Monitor global ad fraud trends and adjust strategies for overseas markets.
• Manage fraud-related disputes with publishers and advertisers; promote best practices and data privacy compliance.
