Job summary

Hytech is seeking multiple experienced AI Scientists to build end-to-end fraud detection systems. You will leverage graph ML, transformers, and behavioral analytics to detect and prevent abuse across fintech ecosystems.

Join a global team working with engineering, product, compliance and security to deploy scalable ML solutions in real time, addressing identity risk, ATO, toll fraud, money laundering and campaign abuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, DS, or a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on ML and fraud detection in fintech/e-commerce/Web3.
• Strong background in graph ML, transformers, and fraud detection techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy ML models for anomaly and abuse detection using transformer architectures and GNNs.
• Build scalable graph learning pipelines to detect communities of malicious actors and their on-chain patterns.
• Implement real-time fraud scoring systems at massive scale.
• Collaborate with product, security, and compliance to identify abuse vectors and risk controls.
• Conduct regular model evaluations and improve with new research and adversarial techniques.
