Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA qualifications.
• 10+ years’ experience in financial reporting.
• Deep knowledge of close and reporting, GL/balance sheet governance, fixed assets, and tax principles (GST/WHT or equivalent).
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner of the GL and maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax obligations, including validation of indirect tax and withholding tax reporting.
• Drive the full financial close cycle and strengthen financial controls and audit readiness across GL and R2R, while driving process improvement and automation.
• Uphold the integrity of the balance sheet through robust reconciliation oversight and prompt clearance of discrepancies.
• Enable accurate, reliable management, statutory and audit reporting.
