Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Manager of GIS Solution & Adoption to standardise GIS practices and drive organization-wide adoption across LTA’s engineering functions. You will collaborate with engineering teams to map workflows, identify GIS opportunities, and develop reusable templates and templates testing across the enterprise.

The role emphasises outreach, enablement, and continuous improvement, with experience in delivering scalable GIS solutions and leading workshops to upskill teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GIS, geospatial solutions, or related fields with delivery to engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or asset management contexts.
• Ability to elicit requirements from users and translate into scalable solutions—from prototype to rollout.
• Experience creating reusable GIS assets and reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Understand engineering workflows across the organisation and identify key GIS needs.
• Define a structured framework of GIS use cases by workflow, user group, and data needs.
• Design and maintain reusable GIS templates and solution frameworks and assess enterprise platforms for fit.
• Create user guides and quick-start materials for non-experts to use reusable templates.
• Plan and lead outreach initiatives, workshops, and clinics to drive uptake of GIS capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to broaden GIS applications and translate them into pilots, standards, or roadmap items.
