Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a GIS Program Manager 4 in Singapore to lead engineering execution for endpoint systems, automation, and vulnerability management. You will bridge architecture intent and engineering delivery, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable solutions across global client services platforms.

The role emphasizes automating workflows, collaborating with security and operations teams, and guiding service transitions with operational readiness and standardization at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, client services, or related domains.
• Hands-on exposure to automation and security/vulnerability management practices.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms and scripting/automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and service transition activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering execution across endpoint & client services platforms in line with architecture standards and ops requirements.
• Develop and scale automation & integration to reduce manual effort and improve consistency in endpoint management and remediation.
• Collaborate with security, architecture and engineering teams to strengthen endpoint vulnerability posture and reporting workflows.
• Support endpoint security controls, compliance baselines and patch management across global environments.
• Ensure integration between endpoint platforms, vulnerability tools, ITSM, and reporting for end-to-end visibility.
