Job summary

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) invites applications for a Research Fellow to work with the Head of Gerontology Programme on a longitudinal reminiscence study across Singapore and Asia, focusing on programme evaluation, data collection, data management, and report writing.

Candidates should hold a Master’s or PhD in Gerontology or related fields, with 5+ years in eldercare or community programmes, strong research, budgeting and analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office, SPSS

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Gerontology, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology or related field with 5+ years of experience in eldercare or community programmes.
• Proven experience in project management, programme evaluation and report writing.
• Proficiency in budgeting, data management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the reminiscence project’s research development, execution, and data management.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for stakeholders and funders.
• Lead the research team to consolidate data, presentations and reports.
• Report writing and support for publications.
• Facilitate arrangement and management of micro-jobs for seniors involved in the programme.
• Perform other duties as required.
