Job summary

Aurecon in Singapore is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join our Transport, Land, & Water team. You will support senior engineers in geotechnical design calculations, foundation design, and ground improvement for diverse infrastructure projects.

Join a diverse, globally connected practice with opportunities to work across geographies and markets. The role requires a recognised Civil Engineering degree and experience with local codes and Plaxis.

Qualifications

• Recognised Civil Engineering qualification (Bachelor/Master's Degree) from university recognized by Singapore PE board.
• Experience with Singapore design codes, Eurocodes and local geotechnical practices.
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering consulting with focus on geotechnical engineering.
• Proficiency with geotechnical analysis software including Plaxis.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Geotechnical Engineers with geotechnical engineering design calculations, foundation design, ground improvement, earth-retaining structures, and tunnelling.
• Assist Senior Geotechnical Engineers with preparation of geotechnical engineering design calculation, drawings and Authority submissions
• Review of instrumentation & monitoring data.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Client and Authorities.
• To assist in project coordination and attend meetings and site walks as necessary.

In this position, you will join our Singapore Transport, Land, & Water business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects. • Recognised Civil Engineering qualification (Bachelor/Master's Degree) from university recognized by Singapore PE board.

• Energetic, proactive, reliable team player with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer service principles.

• Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in engineering consulting, with a particular focus on geotechnical engineering.
