You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, monitor site activities, and ensure soil stability during excavation while maintaining data records for pile lengths and material take-offs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project, planning & ensure work is carried out according to schedule.
• Liaise with Consultant on technical issues & coordinate site issues with subcontractor.
• Work closely with project team & ability to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are adhered to.
• Assess soil conditions during excavation to confirm ground stability for working conditions.
• Maintain records for soil samples and calculate pile lengths.
• Verify material requisition and perform take-off quantities/site measurements.
• Evaluate and recommend process changes to improve yield, quality and cycle time.
