Job summary

Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in Singapore seeks a Systems Analyst (Data Engineer) to build and maintain data pipelines that integrate 2D/3D geospatial data for planning applications and analytics.

You will work with URA’s URBEX and DPLab teams to ensure reliable data, scalable solutions, and collaboration across GIS, BIM, and CAD data platforms. Strong Python/SQL and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding data architecture, metadata, quality, governance, security, lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for building data pipelines.
• Experience with geospatial data and ArcGIS ecosystems (ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, ArcGIS Enterprise).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for 2D/3D geospatial data.
• Develop and maintain data models, databases and ETL workflows using Python and SQL.
• Process, transform and convert 2D/3D geospatial data for integration with GIS platforms.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring and error handling.
• Develop data solutions across cloud and on-premise environments using APIs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on data architecture and solution design.
