URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build a new 3D geospatial web platform.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with planners, architects and policymakers, and deliver secure, well‑documented deployments using AWS, Terraform, Python, TypeScript and React.

This role sits within URBEX and DPLab teams, contributing to liveability, sustainability and resilience of Singapore's city-state.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience in enterprise systems.
• Proficient in AWS, Terraform, Python, TypeScript and React.
• Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review code for a 3D geospatial platform.
• Integrate back-end systems and APIs with front-end apps.
• Establish DevOps pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and document decisions.
