Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Specialist to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions across business units in Singapore. You will identify automation opportunities, develop Generative AI applications, and leverage data analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with ML frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science.
• Strong Python programming capabilities.
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone).
• Experience with orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to address business challenges.
• Build Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation solutions.
• Design and implement RAG solutions using vector databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate AI use cases into solutions.
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise AI.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and analytics.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and reliability.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose innovations.
