Job summary

ABeam Consulting is expanding its AI capabilities in Singapore, delivering GenAI and agentic AI solutions for diverse industries. The role involves building end-to-end AI applications, integrating with business systems, and guiding clients through AI adoption with technical advisory and workshops.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, strong Python/JS skills, and hands-on experience with cloud-native development and modern AI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years hands-on software development, AI/ML, or related tech role.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud-native app development.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiar with React, FastAPI, Flask and modern web frameworks.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on with AI agent frameworks and automation solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Azure OpenAI Services.
• Knowledge of LangChain, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Generative AI and LLMs.
• Build end-to-end enterprise AI solutions including frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations.
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions with Copilot Studio and other frameworks.
• Architect secure, scalable, cloud-native AI with identity and access controls.
• Research and apply emerging Generative AI and enterprise AI best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Create demonstrations, PoCs, and solution showcases for proposals.
