Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned General Manager to oversee daily waste management operations, lead multiple departments including Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, and drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgets, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, manage costs, and grow the business while ensuring sustainable practices. A driving licence and own car are required for site visits in Penjuru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant waste management experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Relevant waste management or environmental services industry experience is essential.
• Strong experience in operations, budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
• Waste management or environmental-related certification will be an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and own car required.
