About the Role
We are already a successful F&B company and are now launching our first café, with the vision to grow into a successful chain. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager with proven experience in building, managing, and scaling F&B outlets. You will take full ownership of operations, team building, and brand growth, ensuring smooth setup and profitable expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch & Operations – Oversee the setup and opening of the first café, including recruitment and manpower planning, supplier management, menu calendar scheduling (new items, seasonal launches, promotions — in coordination with corporate office), and daily operations.
  • Business Growth – Develop and execute strategies to expand the brand into a successful chain of outlets.
  • Manpower Management – Source, hire, train, and manage staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service standards.
  • Financial Management – Manage budgets, control costs, track KPIs, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Brand & Customer Experience – Maintain consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and brand identity across all outlets.
  • Systems & Processes – Establish SOPs, operational guidelines, and workflows to support multi-outlet scalability.
