About the Role
We are already a successful F&B company and are now launching our first café, with the vision to grow into a successful chain. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager with proven experience in building, managing, and scaling F&B outlets. You will take full ownership of operations, team building, and brand growth, ensuring smooth setup and profitable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch & Operations – Oversee the setup and opening of the first café, including recruitment and manpower planning, supplier management, menu calendar scheduling (new items, seasonal launches, promotions — in coordination with corporate office), and daily operations.
- Business Growth – Develop and execute strategies to expand the brand into a successful chain of outlets.
- Manpower Management – Source, hire, train, and manage staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service standards.
- Financial Management – Manage budgets, control costs, track KPIs, and achieve revenue targets.
- Brand & Customer Experience – Maintain consistent quality, customer satisfaction, and brand identity across all outlets.
- Systems & Processes – Establish SOPs, operational guidelines, and workflows to support multi-outlet scalability.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing and growing F&B brands, preferably with multi-outlet experience.
- Strong leadership, business acumen, and operational management skills.
- Experience in manpower recruitment and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on, proactive approach to operational challenges.
