Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in cleaning/facilities management or related services.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore cleaning industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience managing large operational teams and multiple client sites.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Budgets, financial planning, and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies for growth and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations of commercial, industrial, and residential cleaning services.
• Manage contracts, project schedules, and resource allocation for timely delivery.
• Lead Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with NEA, MOM, WSH, and applicable regulations.
• Establish quality assurance systems to maintain high cleaning standards.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Review tenders, quotations, and service contracts before submission.
• Drive business development and identify new market opportunities.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Oversee procurement of equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
• Promote continuous improvement through tech adoption and efficiency.
