Job summary

• Enhance company brand image and value through development of reliable, attractive, high-speed-high-accuracy products and technologies
• Plan and implement action plans for regional and global cooperation for new development
• Provide direction for compliance of employees to job process defined by policy Engineering to achieve and comply to quality and safety standards
• Identify gaps in technical core competency and implement action plans through continuous learning and new innovation for enhancement
• Plan and implement systems and process of knowledge bank for engineering information and infrastructure for a learning organization
• Mentor and guide Managers to develop strong leadership and problem-solving competencies

To develop strategies for Research & Development of machine tool products and technologies for CNC Milling, Die Sinker EDM and Wire EDM, including Peripheral Equipment and Automation to grow and enhance revenue and profits. Responsible to support the senior management in Company and R&D by providing strong leadership to achieve company targets and set direction for development of new technologies and products.
