Job summary

Lie Yang Construction is seeking an experienced General Manager (Construction) to lead our operations, drive project planning, execution, and performance across multiple sites in Singapore. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety programs, subcontractors, and client coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

This leadership role reports to the directors and requires a sharp strategic focus to improve efficiency and deliver superior project

• Review contracts, project documentation, and operational procedures
• Resolve project issues, delays, disputes, and operational challenges effectively

General Manager (Construction)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager (Construction) to lead and oversee the overall operations of our construction business. The candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, construction progress, manpower deployment, subcontractor coordination, cost control, workplace safety, and compliance with relevant regulations. The General Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
