Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Project Oversight:Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
• 2. Budget and Financial Management:Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control andprofitability.Approve expenditures, manage contracts, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.Address and resolve budget discrepancies and financial challenges.
• 3. Team Leadership:Supervise and lead project managers, site supervisors, and support staff.Recruit, train, and evaluate employees, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.Resolve disputes and challenges between team members or stakeholders
• 4. Client and Stakeholder Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are understood and met. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
