Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily waste management facility activities in the Penjuru Road area, ensuring efficient collection, transport, processing and recycling.

You will develop strategic plans, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive safety and compliance while promoting cost optimization and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Waste Management field
• At least 2 years in a managerial role
• Own vehicle required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the waste management facility, ensuring efficient waste collection, transportation, processing, disposal and recycling activities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, sustainability and service delivery.
• Drive business growth and cost optimization by identifying opportunities, improving resource use, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue.
• Manage financial performance and operational KPIs, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and reporting to senior management.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Oversee daily operations of the waste management facility, ensuring efficient waste collection, transportation, processing, disposal, and recycling activities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and service delivery.
• Drive business growth and cost optimization by identifying new opportunities, improving resource utilization, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue.
• Manage financial performance and operational KPIs, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and reporting to senior management.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

You will need: -

• Min 5 years in Waste Management field + 2 years of managerial role
• Possess own vehicle
• Degree holder in environmental science or other relevant fields
