We are looking for exciting talents with growth mindset to join us. We that in mind, our management is keen to groom the next upcoming general manager to manage the expansion of the business!

About the Central Kitchen
  • It is a commercial kitchen space owned by multi-location restaurants or hospitality groups. These spaces are used to create meal components or entire dishes that are then distributed to their different locations. This is usually done to save on staff costs, as well as food costs. Supplies to many top Japanese quick-casual restaurants as well as retailers in Singapore
  • Given the rising food cost, Central Kitchen will be a strategic component for F&B outlets to stay competitive and maintain high quality.
Job Description
  • Work with management to develop realistic and achievable sales target
  • Maintain close relationship with customers and establish new relationship with potential account
  • Collaborate with R&D chefs to develop wining products that caters to customer’s needs.
  • Prepare and present simple sales report, forecasting and business development materials
  • Provide overall strategy for product team to maximize utilization and efficiency
Job Requirements
  • Basic 2 – 3 years understanding of the F&B industry
  • Able to communicate and express views on the business
  • Energetic, motivated, and passionate candidates are highly valued
  • Past experience with restaurants, hotel, retail, and familiar with the Japanese cuisine/culture are preferred
