Job summary

HEALTHWAY MEDICAL ENTERPRISES PTE LTD is seeking a licensed general dentist to provide comprehensive dental care at our Singapore clinics. You will diagnose, plan and treat patients, while upholding high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes patient-centered service, accurate documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support clinic growth and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Fully registered with Singapore Dental Council (SDC).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive and emergency procedures.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care compliant with professional and regulatory standards.
• Build lasting patient relationships to promote satisfaction, retention and continuity of care.
• Support patient acquisition and experience; participate in practice development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely clinical documentation per policies.
• Bill and collect payments per established billing procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Comply with clinical protocols, infection control, safety and QA policies.
• Attend meetings, training, CE courses, and corporate events as required.
• Undertake duties across clinical, administrative, operational or management areas as assigned.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by Company or supervisor.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive general dental care services, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures, at the Company's designated dental clinics.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to promote patient satisfaction, retention, and continuity of care.
• Actively contributes to the growth of the practice by supporting patient acquisition, providing excellent patient experiences, and participating in practice development initiatives.
• Accurately maintain patient records and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Charge professional fees and collect payments in accordance with the Company's established billing, financial, and administrative procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, clinic staff, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient care.
• Comply with the Company's clinical protocols, infection control standards, workplace safety requirements, and quality assurance policies.
• Attend and actively participate in Company meetings, training sessions, continuing education programs, and corporate events as required.
• Undertake clinical, administrative, operational, or management responsibilities as assigned to support the Company's business objectives.
• Perform any other duties, projects, or ad hoc assignments as reasonably assigned by the Company or immediate supervisor.
