Job summary

RAFFLES HOSPITAL PTE LTD is seeking a dentist registered with the Singapore Dental Council to provide high-quality dental care at our clinic in Singapore. The role requires adherence to professional ethics, clinical protocols, and participation in ongoing clinical development programmes.

You will contribute to quality improvement, training of new clinicians, and cost-effective patient care. The post involves hospital operations and collaboration with medical staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Registrable dental degree in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore Dental Council ethics and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental care for the patients.
• Adhere to the code of ethics of the Singapore Dental Council, dentists' practice and clinical protocols and handbook.
• Participate in clinical development programmes (e.g. shared care, clinical protocols, new services)
• Participate in quality programmes to improve care and service and assure the best outcome.
• Participate in training and induction of new doctors assigned to the clinic.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness in clinical practice and treatment of patients.
• Adhere to requirements in the contracts with corporate clients.
• Adhere to the clinic rosters with regard to clinical duties
• Participate in various hospital operations and/ or medical staff committees.
• Undertake any other responsibilities as directed by the Head of Department.
