Job summary

COVENANT DENTAL SURGERY is seeking a clinic assistant to support daily operations in a dental clinic in Singapore. The role includes preparing operatories, managing reception tasks, and assisting dentists during treatments. You will ensure proper disinfection, instrument sterilisation, and liaise with laboratories for patient cases.

The position offers on-site work with on-the-job training provided to ensure patient-centric service and smooth clinic flow throughout each day.

Qualifications

• Singapore citizen and Singapore permanent residents.
• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking patients.
• Be punctual for each clinical session.
• Able to work as a team player to provide good patient-centric services.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinic and operatories before the start of each clinical sessions.
• Handle the reception including registration and discharging patients, taking and confirming appointments.
• Assist Dental Surgeons in dental treatments and procedures.
• Set up, clear, disinfect and sterilise materials, instruments and dental operatories between patients.
• Liaise with dental laboratories to send, collect and check patient cases.
• General maintenance and up-keeping of the clinic's premises.
• Close clinic and operatories at the end of the day.
