RemoteJobsOne is seeking seasoned General Counsel for a part-time, fully remote contract role open to candidates in Singapore. You will help shape the use of AI in contract review, drafting, and negotiation, bringing deep experience with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs to a cutting-edge legal tech environment.

As a contractor, you will review AI-generated responses, feed back to improve model performance, and help define evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in-house experience focused on technology transactions, negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
Review AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance.
Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on contract tasks.
Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices.
