Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Corporate Counsel with in-house experience in technology transactions to review and negotiate AI-related contracts. The role emphasizes contract drafting, redlining, and developing playbooks to guide review of AI-generated content.

You will review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other tech agreements, provide expert feedback, and collaborate remotely with legal, product, and research teams. A US bar admission and a JD are required; 3+ years in-house experience in tech transactions

Qualifications

J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
3+ years in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements.
Excellent contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform contract drafting, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
Review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements.
Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and provide expert feedback.
Develop playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and grading criteria for contract tasks.
Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams remotely.
