Job summary

DBS Bank is advancing GenAI capabilities through the Digibot 2.0 rollout across key markets, including Singapore and Taiwan, with a focus on Guided Conversations and foundational items. The role supports CASA offload, tech debt items, and engagement campaigns to drive adoption of GenAI Chatbot and Voicebot solutions.

The position emphasizes collaboration with business partners, data-driven monitoring, and clear documentation, ensuring successful delivery and commercialisation of GenAI

Qualifications

• Proven track record in successful end-to-end delivery of AI projects.
• Strong foundational understanding of AI and ML concepts.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead design, development and deployment of GenAI Chatbot and Voicebot solutions, GCs, and foundational items.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement GenAI and GC enhancements.
• Gather and evaluate data to monitor GenAI applications and GC performance.
• Upkeep documentation and user guides for GenAI solutions and GCs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and marketing to activate GenAI assets and drive adoption and commercialization.
