• Drive integration and enhancement of GenAI GenAI rollout for Digibot 2.0 regionally.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing on GC enhancements and adoption.
• Monitor data and performance of GenAI solutions and prepare documentation.
• Support campaigns and activation roadmaps for GenAI Chatbot/Voicebot.
